She has led organizations exceeding $120 million in revenue through growth, restructuring, risk mitigation, and operational transformation. Throughout her career, she has consistently bridged finance and operations, using financial insight to drive accountability, performance, and mission-aligned execution.

Sandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Sandra has called Franklin, Tennessee home for more than 45 years. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, quilting, and performing as an orchestra member at her church.
