Meet Nancy McCullough

Forming e2E, LLC in January 2013, Nancy McCullough brings unparalleled entrepreneurial experience as a doer and leader to growing businesses in the Kansas City metropolitan area by providing business management strategies to assist at various life-stages along the path from entrepreneur to enterprise. Over her career, Nancy has worked hands-on, in high-growth businesses; from startups to mid-market enterprises. A perpetual student of entrepreneurial finance and accounting, Nancy’s greatest experience came as the Chief Financial Officer for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the most respected institution in entrepreneurial education.

While there, she provided management and oversight in the areas of finance, accounting, grants and contracts administration, risk management, human resources, information technology and facilities. During her tenure with the Foundation, Nancy also founded and served as the executive director for Kauffman Support Services, a management services organization that provided assistance in these same areas and additionally in corporate governance and marketing for affiliated startup and existing non-profit organizations.

In recognition of her exceptional work, Ingram’s Magazine recognized Nancy as part of the 40 under Forty Class of 2008.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Nancy spent ten years working primarily with entrepreneurial companies, including CFO of a startup private equity fund and two companies that pursued IPOs. Much of her experience has been in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged financing, and initial public offering work. Previously, she spent several years in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP.

When not traveling or running, Nancy and her husband, Sam, are spending time with their three kids.
