With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Mark has held leadership roles across manufacturing, wholesale distribution, project and construction management, and professional services. He has led system implementations, advanced company performance initiatives, and cultivated positive, high-performing cultures built on accountability and recognition. During his time at J.A. Watts, Inc.—a Chicago-based project and construction management firm—he earned the Legend Award in recognition of his lasting impact on the company’s culture and performance.
Originally from St. Charles, Illinois, Mark earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Secondary Education and Spanish from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Aurora University. Now based in Oak Park, IL, he enjoys cooking, live music, sports, traveling, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
