With a passion for supporting small businesses, Alora’s interest in bookkeeping began early. Growing up, she watched her father run his own business and loved helping with the books as she got older. That early exposure shaped her appreciation for the role accurate financials play in helping entrepreneurs build something lasting.
Alora brings both firsthand business ownership experience and professional bookkeeping expertise to her work. She ran her own business for six years, giving her a practical understanding of the challenges small business owners face. Most recently, she worked with Intuit (QuickBooks), providing bookkeeping services to small businesses, and helping clients maintain clarity and confidence in their financial operations. During her time there, she was selected to participate in Intuit’s Expert Insight Day, serving on a panel of top experts to share insights about her work and the customers she supported.
She is an Intuit Certified Bookkeeper and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, combining technical knowledge with real-world experience to deliver accurate, dependable support.
Originally from a small town in central Illinois, Alora now lives in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, going on bike rides, and traveling.
