Meet Anne Caldwell

Anne Caldwell

Director of Client Aquisition

As a former nonprofit CEO, Anne understands firsthand the challenge of balancing big goals with limited resources and is passionate about equipping nonprofits and small businesses with the tools they need to succeed. She believes real success happens when strategy meets heart—when organizations have both the systems and relationships needed to thrive.

Her career path has been anything but linear, spanning roles in sales, public libraries, and nonprofit leadership. Those experiences showed her that the skills she’d developed throughout her career could be used to help many nonprofits and businesses reach their goals. This realization inspired her to transition into the tech-for-good space, where she empowered mission-driven organizations to modernize operations and scale their impact. She leads with empathy and curiosity, blending firsthand nonprofit experience with a consultative, relationship-centered approach.

During her time as CEO of the Greater Huntsville Humane Society, Anne led the organization to earn Nonprofit of the Year at the 2019 Huntsville Chamber of Commerce Small Business Awards and was named Nonprofit Entrepreneur of the Year by the Catalyst Center that same year.

Born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, Anne earned her B.A. in English with a minor in Art History from Birmingham-Southern College and her master’s degree in Library and Information Studies (MLIS) from the University of Alabama.

Outside of work, Anne loves to read, travel, and spend time with her husband and their two daughters. A self-proclaimed Disney adult and roller coaster enthusiast, she’s always up for an adventure. Anne is also deeply committed to giving back, volunteering with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Huntsville Animal Services, and her daughters’ daycare. The family shares their home with four beloved dogs and enjoys exploring Huntsville’s many parks together.
