Meet Christel Johnson

Christel grew up in a military family and both of her parents served in the Army. Being a military child caused her to become very sociable and develop a passion for assisting others when needed. Christel enjoys assisting others in reaching their goals and takes pride in sharing her knowledge to help businesses succeed. She knows that payroll is critical to every business which is why one of her goals is to ensure all employees are paid on time and accurately.

Her career started with processing payroll for a taxi company which led her into financial banking. Christel has worked in payroll for almost 7 years and has expertise in payroll processes, functions, and taxes. She worked several years with UMB Bank and US Bank managing and inspiring teams to focus on customer service with every transaction.

Christel’s family is very important to her. She met her husband while he was serving in the Army and they have one daughter, Kayla. In her spare time, Christel enjoys photography and spending time with her family and friends watching movies, playing games and singing karaoke. She knows time is precious and she does not want to miss out on anything!
