She has served as an HR Coordinator in a high-volume retail environment, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR compliance. Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR Assistant and Payroll Specialist, where she managed payroll processing for large employee populations, oversaw HRIS systems, and supported system implementations. Throughout her roles, she has developed processes that strengthen operational consistency and compliance.
She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and steady dependability. Anisia takes pride in being approachable and trustworthy, handling sensitive information with care while ensuring both employees and leadership feel supported. Her commitment to accuracy and efficiency helps keep operations running smoothly.
Anisia recently earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Faulkner University and plans to pursue her MBA this fall. She also holds an Associate of Science in Business from Coastal Alabama Community College.
Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Anisia still calls Mobile home. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her young daughter, Autumn, who keeps life joyful and busy.
