Meet Tina Classen

Tina discovered her passion for business organization and accounting in high school — along with a fondness for the 10-key calculator. Her attention to detail and methodical nature make payroll a natural fit, and she takes pride in the vital responsibility of ensuring people are paid accurately and on time. 

Her diverse professional background includes serving as a benefits and payroll specialist for an educational co-op, as well as managing the books for a car dealership where she maintained the owner’s traditional hand-written ledger — in pencil! Tina was also a small business owner for more than 20 years, launching her company with the help of an SBA loan, which she considers one of her proudest accomplishments. Additionally, she worked as a licensed esthetician at a spa in Colorado, combining her business acumen with hands-on client service. 

A native of Colby, Kansas, Tina studied at a business college and has completed additional training in accounting and business management. She also holds credentials as a licensed assistant funeral director and is a graduate of the Aveda Institute in Denver with a degree in esthiology. 

Outside of work she is devoted to her family, adores spending time with her 4 year old grandson, and finds joy in practicing daily gratitude — even during the busiest payroll weeks.
