Senior Director of Operations

Known for driving successful strategic business operations, Tim ensures tactical execution plans are comprehensive and collaboratively implemented as a team. His ability to drive the business is based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and the voice of the customer. By leveraging data insights, Tim helps businesses boost their performance and improve their bottom line. An open communicator, he strives to be transparent when developing and executing business strategy that propels businesses forward.

Tim is passionate about doing work that positively impacts employees and customers while also doing it profitably for the company. He naturally gravitates toward being process focused and understands the combined value of data insights and storytelling to operate, innovate and win. With over 15 years of expertise in operations, Tim enjoys contributing to strategic planning, driving organizational growth, and streamlining operational efficiencies. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Tim previously held positions in operations at both Hallmark and Sprint.

While a Texas native, Tim has lived in Kansas City for several years and thinks of it as home. When he isn’t working on lean process improvement, he enjoys cooking, playing golf, hiking, fishing, football, camping and keeping up with his two kids.
