Thomas has held leadership roles in public companies and growth-stage organizations across several industries including insurance, fintech and banking, investment management, transportation, healthcare, government contracting, and clean technology. He’s experienced in building financial close processes and controls that stick, connecting accounting with reporting, and translating financials into clear, actionable insights for owners and boards. Thomas takes a forward-thinking approach by simplifying processes, automating what should be repeatable, and using scenario planning to help teams move with intention toward long-term goals.
Raised in western Massachusetts and now based in Cambridge, MA, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family and exploring local trails and coffee spots. He holds a BBA in Accounting from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management and maintains active CPA and SHRM-SCP credentials
