Meet Taylor Scherling

After taking an accounting course in community college, Taylor discovered she enjoyed working with numbers and all things accounting-related. She knew her true passion was becoming a CPA and helping clients succeed.

One of her career highlights came when, as an assistant buyer, she prepared purchase orders and oversaw the company’s price changes along with product promotions. Taylor’s approximately four years of banking experience helped her develop excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills.

Taylor grew up on a farm in Diller, Nebraska, but after spending a few years in the Kansas City metropolitan area, she realized that was the place she belonged.

Taylor holds an associate of arts degree from Highland Community College and is set to graduate from Southern New Hampshire University in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She plans to pursue a master’s and work toward obtaining her CPA license.

Along with diving into a good book, running, and being outdoors, Taylor also enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and golden retriever.
