Meet Roni L. Gach

Roni began her career as an accountant. She earned her CPA certificate in 1993 and has since held various roles as a bookkeeper, office manager and accountant, as well as serving as a consultant for a not-for-profit organization.

Roni’s enthusiasm for her work stems from a passion for helping others. She loves knowing she can contribute to the growth of a small business by assisting them with tasks many people find overwhelming. Roni enjoys helping businesses understand their financial statements and navigate through the sometimes confusing world of starting and owning a small business.

Her passion for learning and teaching led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Education and sparked a career change in 2010, when Roni became a teacher in the North Kansas City School District. However, she found she just couldn’t give up the numbers and has returned to her first career as an accounting consultant with e2E.

Roni and her husband own a small technology consulting business and have two adult children. In her spare time, Roni is working to become fluent in Spanish and loves to run, read and cook (although not always in that order).
