Natalie is an experienced accounting professional with a career rooted in banking and shaped by a deep appreciation for structure, precision, and lifelong learning. She began her journey in the financial world as a bank teller and wire transfer operator, eventually moving into trust operations before transitioning into financial accounting nearly a decade ago.
Over the years, Natalie has gained hands-on experience in accounts payable and receivable, billing, collections, and tax preparation—both individual and business. She’s worked in both public accounting and local government finance, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her current role as a Senior Accounting Specialist. In 2022, she earned her Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School, with a concentration in CPA exam preparation.
Natalie’s career is marked by practical problem-solving and a team-first mindset. Whether it was recovering a $63,000 international wire transfer through bilingual collaboration or introducing cost-saving outsourced solutions, she’s consistently found ways to improve processes and add value.
A lifelong Kansas City resident, Natalie grew up in eastern Jackson County and stays close to her roots—both geographically and through long-standing friendships. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, camping, BBQing, and riding motorcycles with her husband, as well as volunteering with her daughter’s cheer team and supporting veteran-related causes. For Natalie, accounting is more than crunching numbers—it’s a dynamic, evolving field that keeps her sharp and engaged every day.
