Meet Julian Sepulveda

Julian is an accounting specialist with a strong background in business operations and payroll. Originally from the Kansas City metro area, he brings a practical, detail-oriented mindset to his work—focused on keeping financial processes accurate, efficient, and compliant. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Kansas State University, where he developed an interest in how systems function and connect. That perspective has shaped the way he approaches accounting—looking at the bigger picture while also digging into the details. 

Julian began his career as an assistant store manager, where he gained hands-on experience managing inventory, overseeing team performance, and understanding day-to-day business operations. He later transitioned into payroll management, where he deepened his knowledge of financial compliance, reporting, and federal regulations. Today, he brings those skills into his role in accounting, with a focus on consistency, accountability, and problem-solving. 

Outside of work, Julian enjoys staying active—especially through weightlifting and jogging—going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
