Meet Griffin Kepple

Griffin enjoys learning about the inner workings of businesses and seeing how they develop unique solutions to the challenges they face. He likes helping businesses overcome those challenges so they can accomplish their mission.

Griffin’s professional experience includes several years in public accounting, with clients ranging from individual tax clients to small- to medium-sized businesses and nonprofits.

He developed a specialty for preparing tax returns for nonprofits and assisted clients with their monthly accounting and bookkeeping work during the tax offseason. Griffin also became adept at researching ways to help clients navigate through various tax and accounting standards.

Particularly fulfilling for Griffin is his work with nonprofits. He has helped small nonprofits overcome startup challenges and comply with various regulations, including those that come with having a limited number of donors.

A native of Ness City, Kansas, a very small town in western Kansas, Griffin now lives in Lawrence, Kansas.

Griffin holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Kansas State University, and he enjoys cheering on the Wildcats’ sports teams.

In his spare time, Griffin also likes to stay fit through exercise and outdoor activities, such as hiking and kayaking. His love of travel has taken him to 11 different countries, and his bucket list includes more foreign travel and visits to all 50 U.S. states.
