Meet Jessica Gaa

Jessica brings a unique passion for helping small businesses thrive to her new role as Accounting Specialist. She loves problem-solving, and she comes equipped with years of hands-on experience running her own small business with her husband. Her accounting know-how goes well beyond the classroom. Starting in 2015, she handled all the books, payroll and taxes for the family business.

Jessica is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Among her achievements, Jessica was named a top sales manager at her former job, earning her a trip to Italy. Her commitment to professional development is evidenced through her many Microsoft business certifications. She plans to continue her career growth by pursuing an MBA in finance.

In her free time, Jessica loves to give back to her community and currently serves as the Board Secretary for Gibson Cemetery in Neosho, Missouri. She also volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House. When she’s not volunteering, she enjoys playing tennis with her family, going on bike rides, and taking long walks with her two dogs.
