Meet Aaron Hatten

Aaron Hatten has always been drawn to the intersection of people and problem-solving, making business development a natural fit for his career path. With a passion for blending creativity, strategy, and networking, Aaron thrives in roles that challenge him to innovate and build meaningful connections.

Aaron’s journey began in the professional services sector, where he gained invaluable experience as a consultant specializing in unclaimed property. During this time, he founded and successfully grew his own consulting practice. In 2020, Aaron transitioned to the startup realm where he strategized and executed the partnership model for a tech company who spun out of Google’s parent company. Since 2023, Aaron has worked as an outside advisor for several tech startups and spent time as a consultant for a large professional services firm.

Originally from Cameron, Missouri, Aaron now lives in the vibrant Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City with his wife and three children. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rockhurst University and has further enhanced his expertise with a Master of Business Administration. Beyond his professional endeavors, Aaron is deeply passionate about sports and spends weekends coaching his children’s teams, fishing, biking, and cherishing valuable moments with his family.
