Meet Erica Rausch

Erica is a self-professed lover of all things mathematical. From high school algebra to college accounting to her career as a tax preparer and CPA, Erica’s passion has always been using her mathematical acumen and problem-solving skills for the benefit of e2E clients.

Erica brings a 25-plus year track record of ethical and meticulous accounting and taxation to bear on her work. Her expertise is in tax preparation for businesses — partnerships, S-Corporations and Corporations — with a special emphasis on the non-profit sector. She loves how working in this area allows her to use her skills for a good purpose.

Erica’s background includes experience in both the accounting firm and corporate environments, as well as running her own CPA firm. She served as an in-house CPA and Controller for a local healthcare organization, a position in which she had oversight for all accounting operations of the organization. She then transitioned into a tax management and small business consulting role.

Over the course of her career, Erica has developed a reputation as a self-directed, ethical professional with an ability to think strategically without sacrificing detailed attention. She is adept at supporting her client’s needs in every core accounting function and is skilled at a variety of systems including QuickBooks, Drake, Excel, Workamajig and others. Hand-in-hand with her technical knowledge is her innate ability to leverage those solutions to benefit clients.

Erica graduated from William Jewell College with a double major in accounting and management. She is lifelong resident of Kansas City’s Northland, where she lives with her husband, Chris, her 16-year-old son and a “spoiled rotten” Papillon. When she’s not crunching numbers, Erica can be found relaxing with a book.
